CHRIS DEKKER

President

With a passion for creating value in every project and excellent customer service, Chris leads his team with Christian values and the golden rule (do unto others as they would have them do unto you). He takes pride in creating a first-rate client experience with each interaction no matter the client’s budget, and values the friendships and colleagueships that has been developed throughout the company’s several hundred projects. Chris has a Bachelor’s degree from Hope College, a Master’s degree from Central Michigan University, and a Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame, and lives in West Michigan with his wife and three young children.

RAJAN

Principal Project Manager

Rajan holds a Bachelor in Information Technology and has over 10 years of experience in developing websites and digital marketing. He is passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals by creating a strong brand presence and optimizing their digital strategy. He has worked extensively in the e-commerce and real estate industry and has helped many businesses increase their revenues and improve their search engine rankings.

MERCEDES

Executive Assistant

Mercedes is the newest addition to the DWS team, and takes a leading role in various administrative functions that help projects continue to run smoothly. With strong organizational skills, Mercedes is the one working diligently in the background to make sure that important details don't get missed.

RICH

Development

Rich mastered in Information Technology Sciences from Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology. A full stack developer with an experience of 10+ years, Rich offers a plethora of creative solutions for any application. He has not only equipped himself with major PHP Frameworks such as Laravel, Zend, Yii, and Codeigniter, but also has exemplary experience in creating customized web solutions with useful platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Open Cart, Shopify, Volusion, and more. Technology has always been a joy for him, and he has currently been working on iOS, Android and Windows application development. He loves travelling to different countries and interacting with people from different cultures, markets, and companies.

VICTOR

Design

Victor is passionate about graphic design and has more than ten years of experience creating excellent designs for many different markets and purposes. He strives to make sure every client is completely happy with each project, and has experience and knowledge with Photoshop, Illustrator, Indeisgn, and many other programs.

EVAN

Development

Evan brings a wealth of knowledge in development on multiple platforms, and has more than 20 years of experience in the industry.

HANNIE

Marketing

Hannie joined DWS in early July 2017. She specializes in email marketing, data entry, and administrative work. She has 5 years of experience in the industry, and is glad to be a part of the DWS team.
